Notes from my daily life, part 1

I've got a new job at the beginning of May, 2025 - Junior DevOps Engineer. Getting a job was not that hard, though I got there with help of a friend - she recommended me, I passed 3 interviews and, well, got a job.

I am still tired due to stress at previous job and some real life issues (some things happened to me, some - to my dear friends) but it's going to be just fine. I've dealt with problems much worse.

White tea!

The summer is passing by - it's almost middle of June, but I did not even tried to get out of town to see the countryside, to walk in a forest, feel a gentle breeze, to take a few pictures of a summer sunsets and sunrises... I still have time, do I?

I've bought a lot of teas:

  1. Zhu Ye Qing, a green tea from Sichuan province. China.
I was surprised by fresh scent of a warm tea leaves and jasmine notes in a tea beverage itself.
  2. Long Jing, a pretty famous green tea ("Dragon Well").
This time I've got a gently processed tea leaves, so the flavor was gentle and subtle too. Floral and grassy aroma and taste, and barely noticeable notes of walnuts.
  3. Wu Yi Ban Tian Yao, an oolong tea from Northern Fujian province, China, 2024.
Extremely good tea - dry wood aroma from a leaves, but the tea itself is sweet, with a hints of tropical fruits and black berries (blackberry, mostly). Perfect for summer evenings.
  4. Du Fang Dan Cong, an oolong tea from Guanzhou province, China, 2024.
Not impressed. Probably should try other brand of bottled water.

Put all other activities on hold, including kintsugi and photography. I need some rest, and I will get it, and everything will be fine.
